|Roger Halsebakk (1965), CEO
Halsebakk is one of the founders of Sølvtrans, and has previously worked as captain on many of the vessels in the fleet. Halsebakk was CEO of the Company until 2004, when he took the position as COO and Chairman of the Board. In 2008 Halsebakk left the role as COO, but maintained Chairman of the Board. From January 2011 Halsebakk resumed the position as CEO of the Company again. He has experience in the well-boat market since beginning of 1986, and is a Norwegian citizen and resides in Ålesund, Norway. Halsebakk is the largest owner of Solvtrans, through the investment company Ronja Capital AS.
